The physical properties of PA6 nylon are very similar to those of PA66. It has a lower melting point and better impact resistance than PA66. It has excellent strength and durability, a good combination of rigidity and heat resistance, good surface appearance and coloring properties, and performs well during processing. It is suitable for mass production of industrial parts. Note that it needs to be sealed and printed. 16% of short glass fibers are added to improve mechanical properties. The surface is printed with a matte texture to hide the layers.
